Prage v. Kavulich & Associates

In 2016, New Economy Project and co counsel brought a lawsuit on behalf of a Brooklyn Resident, Mr. Prague, against Kavulich & associates. The lawsuit alleged that the firm blatantly violated federal debt collection and state consumer protection laws by misinterpreting state law to the defendant and improperly restraining his bank account, which contained only his unemployment benefits.
